PWR are proud to be official media partners for ToP
The Tour of Pembrokeshire is so much more than just a bike ride, it’s an experience the whole family can be part of.
There are four carefully planned routes, a taster route for those new to cycling and three ToP classic routes.
Your registration pack including your timing chip and rider number can be posted to you prior to the event for your convenience. Our carefully placed timing points around the course mean your friends and family are able to track your progress around each route. We also use live results so that you can see how you and your friends have done as soon as you cross the line.
The Timed Hill Climb at Stop & Call adds a little spice to the event giving you the chance to get a little competitive along the way and earn the best prize of all…bragging rights! Give a little wave to our Samba band as you pass by too!
There are professional photographers at various points around the route capturing you at your best which are then emailed to you after the event.
The Tour of Pembrokeshire provides mechanical support around the course in case you get caught out while riding.
Our feed stations are regarded as some of the best you’ll ever visit, while you can get a banana, some energy drink and a Welsh Cake you can also get a variety of homemade food including Welsh vegetarian pasties, bara brith, flap jacks, local potatoes and we’ll even arrange GF if you let us know your requirements.
The 2023 Tour of Pembrokeshire will take place on Saturday of 13th May just after the Spring Classics. It is established as a must-do event for sportive riders and now attracts cyclists from all over the world.
The St David’s Peninsula is an outstanding location for the event offering breath-taking scenery, amazing sandy beaches and wonderful natural history. People talk about the fantastic atmosphere at the Tour of Pembrokeshire and lots of friendships have been made at the event over the years.
The community spirit is special, and visitors really appreciate the Pembrokeshire welcome. The event benefits local businesses and supports charities as well as a host of smaller organisations. The main beneficiaries are The Paul Sartori Foundation, Cancer Research Wales and Llamau.
