Plans are coming along for a community festival from Sat Sep 23rd to Sat September 30th. Anyone is welcome to put on an event which will be added to the leaflet and publicity for the week. So far there is: a community forum on the Monday, the first ever gaming club and later a film in the De Valence on the Tuesday, a concert by the Quaynotes Choir at St Julians on the Thursday, a performance piece by Mark Lewis on Dylan Thomas on the Friday, an Open Doors event in the Mayor’s Parlour on Saturday 30th, and one in the Tudor Merchant’s House on Sat 23rd, and of course, all the excitement of the Belgian Commemoration on Sunday 24th…
If you know of anything happening in and around Tenby that week that could be added to this list, please let Anne Draper know at tenbytownclerk@btinternet.com. If you would like to do something, please pop in to the council office in the De Valence for a chat! But especially, please attend some of the events!
