Local Artist of the Week: ALAN WYATT

A Happy New Year; Local Artist of the Week is back for 2026!

Featured Artist this week is Alan Wyatt of Fishguard, originally from Liverpool where he played in several bands. Since moving to Pembrokeshire, because of family and other commitments, his music making has been confined to his analogue home studio.

He has just released a new 4 track EP on Lampshade Records, entitled Eve (pictured) which contains 3 self-penned tracks and one cover, by Rufus Wainwright.

Alan recorded the songs towards the end of last year when anxiously awaiting results of some health issues which are now thankfully resolved successfully.

The melodic songs showcase his concerns for nature, his belief of the power of love, with not a little nod to his Scouse background.
