AFTER 43 YEARS… THE SANDS HAS CLOSED ITS DOORS

We've had reports that the Sands Nightclub has closed its doors for the final time after an incredible 43 years.

For generations, it was the place where nights out were made, friendships were formed and memories were created.

“Meet me at the bus stop…” — a phrase that will bring back memories for so many.

43 years of music, dancing, laughter and unforgettable nights.

Thank you, Sands, for the memories. You’ll certainly be missed
