2nd Milford Haven Sea Scouts Thank Community After Family Fun Day Success

2nd Milford Haven Sea Scouts have thanked the local community following the overwhelming success of their recent Family Fun Day, which welcomed hundreds of families for a day of free activities, entertainment and adventure.

The group has expressed its gratitude to everyone who volunteered, donated, sponsored and attended, helping make the event a memorable celebration of community spirit.

Special thanks were given to the Mayor of Milford Haven, Councillor Mark Woodward, for attending, along with key supporters including Pure West Radio for helping promote the event across Pembrokeshire and Phoenix Bowl for its valued support. The Scouts also thanked Paddle West, local entertainers, stallholders, businesses, community groups, emergency services and sponsors whose generosity made it possible to offer every activity free of charge.

The positive feedback from families has already inspired plans for the event's return next year, with organisers promising even more activities and entertainment.

A spokesperson for 2nd Milford Haven Sea Scouts said:
