Christmas Rocky Road Bars
My recipe this week is so super easy and with only 5 ingredients the kids can enjoy getting baking in preparation for Santa!
Christmas Rocky Road Bars
Ingredients:
100g ginger biscuits broken into bite sized pieces
100g M & M or smarties
50g mini marshmallows
4 x 150g bars white cooking chocolate
3 tablespoons Christmas sprinkles
Method:
Put the biscuits, sweets, marshmallows and sprinkles in a bowl.
Melt the chocolate either in a steamer or over a bowl of boiling water - supervise your little one here!
Mix together and tip into a lined 8 inch square tin - decorate with more sprinkles and leave to set in the fridge for 2- 3 hours.
You can add any dried fruits instead of sweets if you wish or change the biscuits type if you don’t like ginger.
