Pembrokeshire Emergency Service Personnel Recognised on 999 Day
Emergency service personnel across Pembrokeshire are being recognised today as the UK marks Emergency Services Day, also known as 999 Day.
The annual event provides an opportunity to thank those who work tirelessly to keep communities safe, including police officers, firefighters, paramedics, coastguard teams, control room staff and many others.
Across Pembrokeshire, emergency service personnel and volunteers respond to incidents every day, providing vital support to residents and visitors when help is needed most.
Emergency Services Day also pays tribute to those who have made the ultimate sacrifice and lost their lives while serving their communities.
Today provides an opportunity for people across the county to recognise the dedication, professionalism and commitment of everyone working across our emergency services.
