The Big Pembrokeshire Pantomime is thrilled to announce that beloved Welsh entertainer Wynne Evans will take on the iconic role of Captain Hook in this year's spectacular production of Peter Pan at the Boulevard Theatre.
Running from 9th–31st December 2026, Peter Pan promises a magical festive adventure packed with laughter, dazzling special effects, unforgettable music, and plenty of pantomime mischief for audiences of all ages.
The exciting casting announcement was officially launched in partnership with Tenby Town Council and St Mary's Church, whose support helped create a memorable reveal for Pembrokeshire's biggest Christmas show. The production is also delighted to welcome Pure West Radio as its official media partner for the 2026 season and 5th year of the partnership.
Wynne Evans, one of Wales' most recognisable performers, is set to bring his trademark charisma, comedy, and larger-than-life personality to the villainous Captain Hook.
Wynne Evans said:
"I've always loved pantomime and the chance to play one of the greatest villains ever written was simply too good to resist! I can't wait to join The Big Pembrokeshire Pantomime team this Christmas and help create some magical memories for audiences across Pembrokeshire and beyond. It's going to be a fantastic adventure!"
Director Drew Baker says audiences are in for a real treat.
