Whilst Ambulance crew were at the address, the person requiring treatment left on foot in the direction of St Annes Road.
On Sunday April 12, Police received a call for assistance at around 11.30am from the Welsh Ambulance Service, who were at an address in the Hakin area.
Whilst Ambulance crew were at the address, the person requiring treatment left on foot in the direction of St Annes Road.
The individual was located at the Milford Marina area. Due to the location, Dale Coastguard Rescue Team and Angle RNLI lifeboat attended to assist.
The individual was taken to hospital by Ambulance to be treated for their injuries
