F1ba3e82 6C84 4Fb5 Aae0 C44540986f3b

The Boulevard Theatre is proud to present Terry Pratchett’s acclaimed Discworld story Night Watch, running from Wednesday 20th May to Saturday 23rd May 2026 at The Boulevard Theatre.

Opening night on Wednesday 20th May will be a special charity performance in aid of Alzheimer’s Research UK, raising funds and awareness for a cause that held deep personal significance for Sir Terry Pratchett.

Pratchett publicly revealed in 2007 that he had been diagnosed with a rare form of early-onset Alzheimer’s disease, posterior cortical atrophy. Following his diagnosis, he became a passionate advocate for dementia research and awareness, donating substantial sums to scientific research and speaking openly about the realities of living with the condition.

Supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK through this production honours both his extraordinary
literary legacy and the courage with which he approached his illness.

Night Watch marks The Boulevard Theatre’s third Terry Pratchett production, following acclaimed sold-out runs of Wyrd Sisters and Men at Arms. Widely regarded as one of the finest Discworld stories ever written, Night Watch combines sharp wit, gripping drama, and Pratchett’s trademark social commentary in a powerful tale of revolution, duty, and justice in the city of Ankh-Morpork.

Producer Drew Baker said:
“Returning to the world of Discworld for a third time feels incredibly special. The audience response to Wyrd Sisters and Men at Arms was phenomenal, and Night Watch is a story that feels just as relevant and powerful today as when it was first written. We’re especially proud to open the production with a charity performance supporting Alzheimer’s Research UK — a cause so closely connected to Terry Pratchett himself and one we know means a great deal to many people.”

Nightwatch is presented by Vision Theatre Company Tickets are on sale now and can be booked via Boulevard Theatre.

Performance Dates:
Wednesday 20th May – Saturday 23rd May 2026
