Bus services for Eisteddfod visitors

Hop on a bus to enjoy Eisteddfod y Garreg Las, with extra services making it easier to leave the car at home when travelling to this special event in north Pembrokeshire.

The TrawsCymru T5 bus service will take passengers straight to the Maes at Llantwd, running regularly from Haverfordwest to Cardigan via Fishguard.

TrawsCymru will also be providing more frequent buses and late evening services between Fishguard and Cardigan throughout the National Eisteddfod week.

The 430 bus service provides a link from Narberth to Cardigan via Crymych.

Thanks to support from Pembrokeshire County Council, this service will be running every day throughout the Eisteddfod with all services running all the way to/from Narberth, and an extra late evening bus leaving directly from the Maes at 11.15pm. Change in Cardigan for onward transfer to the Maes.

Eisteddfod visitors can also use Bws yr Arglwydd Rhys, a free shuttle service to the Maes from Finch Square, Cardigan, every hour on the hour, 7am to midnight.

Travel by bus is free for passengers with an All Wales Concessionary Bus Pass. Young people aged 21 or under can travel for £1 a journey (maximum £3 all day) (MyTravelPass required if aged 16-21).
