Local Artist Of The Week: SALTWATER

Saltwater is an acoustic trio from Saundersfoot whose members are Alan (guitar/vocals), Pete (guitar/vocals) and Steve (guitar/mandolin/harmonica/vocals) and they play a mix of Roots, Blues, and Folk.

When playing around west Wales they include covers in their set but the live session they recorded for BB Skone at Black Label Studios features five original compositions written by thel three band members, all of which are featured this week. The session together with the interview can be heard on Catch-up, search for BB Skone's Pembrokeshire Music Show of Sunday 24th May.

Saltwater's next big show will be at Pembroke Castle on Friday 12th June alongside several other local bands - The Candy Skulls, The Cleddau Kings, and Milly & The Bandits - with all proceeds going to the amazing Paul Sartori charity.

The show is called Rock The Ramparts and will be hosted by BB Skone.
