Best flower display competition for welcoming people to Eisteddfod y Garreg Las

The community council at Crymych, North Pembrokeshire, is preparing to reward the best flower display outside a local home and give a first prize of £50. Also, there is an additional £50 prize for the best business in the ward. The community is already busy decorating houses and hedges with bunting and flags to welcome people to the National Eisteddfod starting on the first of August, and the additional flower displays will also give that extra splash of colour to the area. Any home or business in the Crymych ward can enter, or you can nominate a flower display so that the owners can get some recognition. The judge will be Adam Jones from the TV gardening programme "Adam yn yr Ardd"
