Castle Hot Tubs, based here in Pembrokeshire, and Swansea, and proudly serving customers since 2003, has once again been recognised at national level — winning another Gold Award!

As a family-run company that began over two decades ago, they’ve always focused on quality, customer care, and building lasting relationships within the community. 

To receive further national recognition is a real honour not only to win another Gold, but also the partner of Excellence Award, which reflects the strong working relationships they’ve developed with both suppliers and customers alike.

They’re incredibly proud to represent both Pembrokeshire and Wales on a national platform and to bring these awards home to the local community.
