Ali was out and about last week enjoying the sunshine in Crundale! A warm welcome awaited her at the Social Prescribing event hosted by the PAVS Community Connector team - PAVS - Pembrokeshire Association of Voluntary Services

It was great to meet up with representatives from Pembrokeshire Coast, Pembrokeshire Frame , Tall Ships Wales, Gwaith yn yr arfaeth / Futureworks , Community for Works, Hamdden Sir Benfro / Pembrokeshire Leisure, Barclays, PACTO , Physical Empowerment, Craft Courses, ASD Family Help - Pembrokeshire, Hywel Dda Health Board, Community Transport, together with Pure West's very own presenters Lee Hinds who works for PAVS and Rev Sophie who wears many many hats, but amongsts others is involved with the Sunday Show, Confessions and Alive and Kicking at PW.

Heading out earlier in the week Ali dropped in to see Richard at Nexmedia who are currently building a brand new website for us .... watch this space!
