Cllr Thomas Tudor Attends Anti-Racism Roadshow at Pembrokeshire College
Pembrokeshire County Councillor Thomas Tudor has highlighted the importance of tackling racism and promoting inclusion following his attendance at the Show Racism the Red Card roadshow at Pembrokeshire College.
The event, held on Wednesday 28th October, formed part of the charity's Wales-wide "How to Talk About" initiative, designed to encourage meaningful conversations about racism and anti-racism.
Attending in his capacity as Pembrokeshire County Council's Member Champion for Equality, Cllr Tudor participated in a programme featuring expert discussions and interactive workshops.
The sessions provided practical guidance on challenging discrimination, promoting equality and creating safer, more respectful environments across communities, schools and workplaces.
Reflecting on the event, Cllr Tudor described the experience as "extremely interesting and beneficial" and expressed his thanks to the staff of Show Racism the Red Card Wales and Pembrokeshire College for their efforts and warm welcome.
The roadshow is part of a wider initiative visiting local authorities across Wales, helping individuals and organisations develop the confidence and skills needed to challenge racism and support positive change.
