Local Artist Of The Week: Fox & Hound - Sunday 20th September 2026

Fox & Hound is a relatively new acoustic duo of Robbie Godwin (violin/vocals) and Ben Mason (guitar/vocals).

Both men are veterans of several local bands including stoner rock exponents Gabe Is A Unit and gypsy jazz outfit The Swingin' Nettles so its not surprising their set, which mixes originals with covers, ranges from Irish jigs and reels to Nirvana numbers!

All the songs and tunes featured this week were recorded live in session for the BB Skone Show at Black Label Studios. The full session and interview can be heard on Catch-up - search for the BB Skone Show of Sunday 20th September.

Fox & Hound can next be heard playing at Narberth Food Festival over the weekend of 26th/27th September - a great event which also features a variety of local acts, many of whom have already recorded sessions for the BB Skone Show - Mike Chant, Tappy Hour Duo, The Bayou Boyos, Razor Bill, James Oliver, Choirs For Good, The Barti Waves, Bella Collins, and BoxSet UK.
