Local Artist of the Week: GLAS CAPTAINS 09/06/25

The original music of Tom Luddington (piano), John Skelton (guitar) and Mark Bond (vocals) is a mellow, immersive experience. The deep reflective lyrics are carried by warm piano melodies, and lifted by soaring, ethereal guitar.

The band create a welcoming soundscape within which to reflect, reset, recharge, and rejoice. Adventures, homecoming, belonging, and community - a heartfelt nod to the past and a hopeful look to the future.

All songs played this week are taken from their new album, Noctiluca (the name of the luminescent organisms that can occasionally be seen sparkling on the ocean).

The Glas Captains next gig is at the Druidstone Hotel Jamboree, held over the weekend of 4th-5th July.
