Local Artist Of The Week - MOKO TRIO

Moko Trio is a multi-generational instrumental band with father and son Alan and Adam on bass and guitar respectively and Dafydd on drums (who met Adam when they were both sound engineering at Glastonbury). All three men are veterans of other local bands though they say this is their best outfit yet.

And why not? Their music is a happy, danceable mix of Afro-beat, Latin and Psychedelic surf rock with a delightful soupcon of lounge-core thrown in. It's all very groovy!

The band are very popular on the festival, club, and pub circuits and they will be performing at next weekend's Westival Festival (?) near Manorbier.
