Local Artist Of The Week - Sunday 25th October: DAN BETTRIDGE

Dan Bettridge, who lives near Narberth, is a well-known songwriter, singer, and instrumentalist.

He has just released his new album 'Everything, absolutely' on Vinyl, CD, Download, and Streaming. The songs played this week are all taken from it.

Dan says of his new album "It's a dream come true. It's my most joyful record yet, it's a gentle scream into the universe."

It certainly is. The album deals with people and personal issues and events that have affected his life but, as with all good music, the particular circumstances have a universal significance we can all relate to.

The album has been recorded and produced by Dan at his home studio and is difficult to categorise into any one genre - there's shades of Americana, Folk, Indie-Rock, even Experimental Music - but ultimately it doesn't matter, for it's there for us to enjoy, this labour of love.
