Mental Health Donations Distributed in memory of Matt Baker

The family of Matt Baker has marked Mental Health Awareness Week by distributing donations raised in his memory.

Bro Cerwyn hospital received a Yamaha electric piano with stool and headphones, with hopes that it will bring pleasure to patients and potentially allow visiting pianists to perform for them.

Two local mental health support organisations, Get The Boys A Lift and The VC Gallery, each received cheques for £700 in recognition of their "incredible work week after week."

Matt’s family noted he would have appreciated these contributions that will continue to support mental health services in the community.
