Supported by Pembrokeshire County Council and Welsh Government, the next round of the PAVS’ Support Community Action Fund is now open for applications.
The “Living well this Winter” grant offers revenue grants of up to £2500 to constituted voluntary and community groups and Town and Community Councils.
This Living Well round recognises the ongoing challenges and pressures to providing activities and services to support vulnerable people during the winter months.
The Fund’s themes are:
• Addressing Loneliness & Isolation
• Improving mental & physical health and wellbeing
• Helping people cope with financial hardship
• Supporting unpaid carers
The deadline for applications is the 9th September 2022
All spend must be made by 31st March 2023.
