The Pembrokeshire Coast National Park means different things to different people, being a home, a place of work or a favourite holiday-spot for many over the past 70 years.
Now, sharing your favourite photographs of this cherished landscape could see you scoop some top prizes.
With the National Park celebrating its 70th anniversary this year, the Pembrokeshire Coast National Park Authority needs your help to develop an online photo gallery including images showing how the area has changed since it was designated a National Park in 1952.
National Park Authority Chief Executive, Tegryn Jones said: “Many of us will have fond memories of time spent on the Pembrokeshire Coast, from childhood visits to the beach to photos of people working in the area.
“While we’re hoping to receive plenty of images from the early years after the National Park was designated, people are free to submit any images from any year, from stunning landscapes to those that show how locations have changed over time, including the impact of climate change.”
As well as being included in an online gallery, the images will be used to help other people learn about the National Park at events around the county, including talks given by National Park Authority Rangers.
Everyone that submits an image to the competition will be entered into a draw, with prizes include Columbia daypacks and beanie hats, as well as retro railway posters.
The competition closes midnight Friday 30 September 2022. Winners be selected at random and will be announced in October 2022.
