Step 1 - preheat oven to 150 fan or equivalent and grease and line 2 x 20cm tins
Step 2 - put all of the ingredients in a bowl and beat for 2 minutes until blended - an electric whisk is the best.
Step 3 - Divide mixture between the tins and bake for approximately 30 mins. Turn out, cool and decorate as desired. I used chocolate spread for the filling and top and chocolate buttons - but let your artistic imagination go wild!
