Our Blue Lagoon Team are looking for a Relief Duty Manager to undertake the smooth operation of the Blue Lagoon teams day to day rota management whilst assisting in the

proactive approach to absence management, misconducts, poor performance and any other HR related concerns if they arise. To achieve the agreed objectives and high levels of guest satisfaction. To recruit, develop and maintain courteous and well motivated staff. Establish excellent working relationships with all guests and colleagues. Essential to the role is an understanding of Health and Safety regulations, experience in a similar role, NPLQ qualification or completion within 3 months.
