What do you do at Pure West Radio?

How did you get into radio?

I've been a journalist and author for over thirty years and after promoting my tenth book, Daughter of the Stones, on the Gina and Tom Breakfast Show, various conversations led to the idea of an arts show for Pure West. I put together a pilot at Christmas and suddenly, unexpectedly, I had my own show on Pure West. I love being able to connect with creatives of all kind and bring their work to the attention of the Pure West listeners worldwide. I also love being able to talk about the history, folklore and culture of Pembrokeshire.

What is your biggest fear?

Darkness

Venice

What would you change about yourself if you could?

Be a bit less short-sighted, so I don't trip over things!

Injustice

What motivates you to work hard?

Helping other people and making them happy

Writing my books

Becoming a published author after years of trying
