How did you get into radio?

I had a show with Nation Radio as well as GTFM over the years.

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?

St David’s, Silva, Newgale but Everywhere in Pembs is my favorite, it’s stunning.

Who is your hero?

My parents.

What is your biggest fear?

Hahaha well that’s t was not surviving heart surgery, now it’s not being around for my family.

Where is your favourite place to visit in the world?

New Quay, Ceredigion

What would you change about yourself if you could?

My age.

What really makes you angry?

Not being grateful or saying please or thank you

What motivates you to work hard?

My kids and being alone

What is your favourite thing about your life?

That I’m still here. My kids, family and friends

What is your proudest accomplishment?

My Kids and then I suppose all I’ve accomplished as a musician to date

Who is the most famous person you've met?

Tom Jones

One thing people might be surprised to know about you? 

I was a chef in a former life and own 150 Welsh cook books and it’s still a grown collection. Oh and I’m addicted to the Ukulele
