How did you get into radio?

I've been a rock and metal fanatic all my life - inspired by Tommy Vance for those of you old enough to remember - and after playing drums in a number of bands for years I decided to put down my sticks, step away from the kit and pick up the mic' instead - every band's worst nightmare!

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?

I love the journey through Pembrokeshire which takes you via both Bethlehem and Woodstock…but, due to the Maiden reference…it has to be Troopers Inn…!

What is your biggest fear?

Fear itself!

Where is you favourite place to visit in the world?

San Francisco

What would you change about yourself if you could?

Not a thing - I'm perfectly imperfect!

What makes you really angry?

No space in my life for anger.

What motivates you to work hard?

The power and the glory (Saxon reference)!

What is your favourite thing about your life?

Being a devoted husband and father.

What is your proudest accomplishment?

Becoming a rock DJ on Pure West Radio... Obvs

Who is the most famous person you've met?

The most infamous...Rolf Harris!
