How did you get into radio? 

I've been doing a climate show on a local internet radio show for about a year which a friend mentioned to the Pure West Radio team and the idea grew on from there. Everyone knows pretty much everyone round here!

Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire? 

Frenni Fawr in the Preselis. It's a special place.

Who is your hero? 

Hywel Davies

What is your biggest fear? 

climate and societal breakdown

Where is you favourite place to visit in the world? 

Hells Gate, Naivasha, Kenya

What would you change about yourself if you could? 

Would be nice to be a little bit younger

What makes you really angry? 

Not being a little bit younger

What motivates you to work hard? 

To not get any older

What is your favourite thing about your life? 

I am getting a little bit younger

What is your proudest accomplishment? 

My friends and family! A patient and tolerant bunch

Who is the most famous person you've met? 

The Hairy Bikers

One thing people might be surprised to know about you? 

My Great Aunt Dorothea was a Suffragette.
