How did you get into radio?
Casting my mind back to March 2018, I remember the whispers of excitement spreading through the community & hitting the headlines as a new radio station was coming to town.
Within days & with the magic of messenger I received a text inviting me to the station, I felt humbled & privileged to meet & join the Pure West Team - I’m so grateful for the wonderful opportunities that I’ve experienced in life. Being a Medium, Healer & Self Development Tutor, when I was asked to join a fantastic family of unique special people - I just had to say yes!
Where is your favourite place in Pembrokeshire?
That's easy - in nature - & Pembrokeshire is simply perfect
Who is your hero?
Do you know everyone has a story to tell, life doesn't come with a hand book or manual, so every human being that gets up every day, no matter what they have to face is an absolute legend in my eyes
What is your biggest fear?
To be honest I don't experience fear anymore, I now understand 'FEAR' is simply False Evidence Appearing Real & is a learnt temporary emotional behaviour
Where is you favourite place to visit in the world?
Anywhere and everywhere the road takes me, I love to be as free as a bird
What would you change about yourself if you could?
My birthday, it's on New Years Eve.
What makes you really angry?
These questions :D A sense of humour is always good, so not rising to the bate is important to me... & through self-development & awareness we can learn to heal & release those lower emotions, so we can ultimately see from a space of unconditional love, it would certainly make our wonderful world a much happier place to be
What motivates you to work hard?
I always try my best with everything I do, so taking that energy into my workplace feels natural to me.
Receiving information intuitively to help release the restricted, conditioned mind benefits no end. Just by tapping into that space of inner peace by understanding "why" or perhaps by transforming a perception to give confidence & a positive direction that's suitable & comfortable to any individual. Being heard, listened to & validated can be a healing in itself & is extremely empowering. Whatever my audience & clients need, it’s my passion to be of service in all subjects, even for those who are spiritually awakened.
Every single person's story is special, individual & extremely important to me, sometimes it’s by connecting to a very special loved one to have that heartfelt conversation & to be able to share those tender moments once again, connecting to those precious memories, to hear their words of support & allowing their humour to brighten up a cloudy day. Sometimes it can be by finding that way to manifest all of our hopes, dreams & desires, which is more than possible, we are limitless energy in a physical body & there is always a way, to find that next step in your own evolution.

What is your favourite thing about your life?
Those special heartfelt moments sharing kindness and love.
What is your proudest accomplishment?
Without a doubt travelling to Pakistan alone has to be one of the most amazing experiences to date, what saddened me in the first few days of my arrival, back in 2018 as I travelled the beautiful countryside, was to see an obviously poor 5 year old girl with her little 3 year old sister washing their dirty clothes in a dirty ice cold river & then hanging them up to dry on the twigs of a tree... it brought tears to my eyes... & from that moment on I travelled to the poorest villages in the area & gave all I could to the homeless, poor, underprivileged, one parent families where the children from 6/7 years old would have to work for £3 a month to help feed their family just to survive... Me helping them with donations of rice, wheat, oil & vegetables, providing shoes, clothes was a luxury for them, watching children play with a metal ring & stick as their toy really brought it home to me just how lucky we are - afterall sharing is caring, so I decided to do it all over again a second time in 2019.
Who is the most famous person you've met?
Well thats an interesting question, several in the physical, but I'm still in awe of Princess Diana, Pavarotti, John Lennon, Michael Jackson & Elvis Presley to name a few, popping in on my readings with messages from the afterlife.
One thing people might be surprised to know about you?
Although I look 53 I'm actually 22 :D
