Chocolate Lava Cake, Air Fryer
This was Jill’s first attempt at making a cake in the air fryer, and she was very happy with the result! You can use your own type of chocolate or add flavourings of your choice, but for a first try, Jill recommends keeping it simple. This first air fryer bake resulted in a crispy outside and a gooey, lava-like inside — delicious!
Ingredients:
100g dark chocolate
100g butter
2 large eggs
2 tbsp sugar
2 tbsp plain flour
Method:
Melt the butter and sugar together – I use a steamer, but you can microwave
Whisk the sugar and eggs then combine everything together
Pour evenly into 4 greased ramekins
Bake in your air fryer at 180c for 8 minutes. rest for one minute before turning out
Serve with fruit or topping of your choice.
