This recipe was sent in by my lovely friend Jane Williams who discovered this on a recent holiday to Spain.  It is traditionally eaten for breakfast without the icing, but this is a modern twist with the chocolate ganache.  It is gluten free and has no flour.

Air fryer flapjacks are a quick easy and healthy treat.  Baked in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 160C.  You can add any healthy ingredients dried fruit or nuts as you wish to make them your own. They stay moist and chewy and are just perfect!

The Haverfoodfest was a triumph this year. So much so that many food stalls sold out before I could get to them! One of our favourite cuisines is Middle Eastern and I was disappointed not to get a fix. 

This was Jill’s first attempt at making a cake in the air fryer, and she was very happy with the result! You can use your own type of chocolate or add flavourings of your choice, but for a first try, Jill recommends keeping it simple. This first air fryer bake resulted in a crispy outside and a gooey, lava-like inside — delicious!

Simnel Cake is perfect for Easter. Not as rich as a heavy fruit cake and the added marzipan layer is an extra treat! – get your little ones to roll out the marzipan balls whilst telling them the story behind why there is only 11.

The perfect Easter treat and fun to get baking with your little ones this holiday!   

These healthy blueberry muffins are made with wholemeal flour for extra fibre, sweetness from the natural honey or maple syrup.

Super easy to make and the addition of blueberry yogurt takes them to the next level of blueberryness!
