Jill's Air Fryer Flapjacks

Air fryer flapjacks are a quick easy and healthy treat.  Baked in the air fryer for 20 minutes at 160C.  You can add any healthy ingredients dried fruit or nuts as you wish to make them your own. They stay moist and chewy and are just perfect!

 

Ingredients:

 

100g butter

100g golden syrup

50g light brown sugar

250g porridge oats

A handful of fruit and nuts of your choice I used dried apricots and raisins

 

 

Method:

 

Melt the butter, sugar and syrup together in a saucepan or microwave until smooth

Stir in the rest of the ingredients

Line a tin that fits into your air fryer with greaseproof paper

Transfer the mixture and press down firmly

Air fry for 20 minutes at 160c

Cool completely before cutting and ENJOY!
