Indie rock trio Shabby have just released their second CD, titled ‘Waiting For The Giants To Fall’, a 16 track collection of original songs.

Sandy Bear Children’s Bereavement Charity hosted the London Welsh Male Voice Choir at St Davids Cathedral for a fundraising event on Saturday 7th May. The event drew in over 400 people from both inside, and outside of Pembrokeshire and was described as a ‘wonderful achievement’ for the charity.

The most ambitious exhibition to take place so far has recently been opened at the Riverside Library, Gallery and Visitor Information in Haverfordwest.

A new North Pembrokeshire footpath that gives walkers a chance to see a variety of landscapes including oak woodland and meadows, as well notable local landmarks including Carningli, Newport Sands and Dinas Head was officially opened on 12 May.

The new Chairman of Pembrokeshire County Council is Councillor Pat Davies, who represents Fishguard North West.
Cllr Davies, previously the Authority’s Vice-Chairman, was installed at today’s Annual meeting of Council at County Hall in Haverfordwest.
