Local Artist of the Week

Hideaway Trio is a popular and talented rock Blues band from the Haverfordwest area who have been gigging to great critical acclaim for many years.

Razor Bill is an experienced four piece folk band from the Tenby and Manorbier areas that doesn't confine itself to playing traditional material as they also cover songs by the likes of The Rolling Stones and The Waterboys. They are equally capable of playing fierce up tempo tunes as they are delicate ballads.

Persona B is an indie rock band from the Milford area. They were originally members of Jylt, a band on the cusp of fame when tragedy struck nearly 20 years ago - bassist/singer/songwriter Nia George passed away at an all too young age. The remaining members were too traumatised to play for several years but eventually started performing again.

Rhys Smedley from Fishguard fronts indie-rock band The Pavilion. The Pavilion has undergone several line-up changes over the last few years but Rhys is the mainman - he writes the songs, sings them and plays guitar. His powerful, raw and anthemic vocals are very much to the fore.

Nevern is a hard rock duo based in, yes, Nevern! They are James Baldwin (guitar) and Geraint 'Titch' Davies (vocals). They are also members of covers band The Guilty but as Nevern they perform their own material.

This is the second exciting collaboration between Black Label Studios and PWR to produce a live session with BB Skone. The featured artist is five piece covers band Milly & The Bandits who perform regularly all over south Wales.

J.C.Greene is a singer/songwriter from Liverpool who is currently living in Goodwick and working at the Ocean Lab there as part of his studies in Marine Conservation.

Hazard is a young rock three piece band that formed at Whitland School with the line-up changing when they met other students at Pembrokeshire College in Haverfordwest.

The Candy Skulls are the first band in the new, exciting collaboration between PWR and Black Label Studios (located in the old Swales Music Centre Buliding next to the PWR studios), featured as "Live in Session with BB Skone".

The Cellar, Cardigan, is a stone's throw from the Pembrokeshire/Ceredigion border and welcomes regular gig goers from both counties and further afield.
